Refund Policy

The time window for refunds is one fortnight after your purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Valid Refund Reasons:
The product is ...
- Misprinted (e.g., wrong image printed, placed incorrectly)
- Damaged before delivery (unfortunately product damage during delivery is out of our control - including damage from the shipping company, act of God, or for whatever other reason)
- Wrong size
- Wrong color
- Wrong type

Invalid Refund Reasons:
- Anything other than what was listed in the "Valid Refund Reasons" section
- Late or no delivery of product (you may take your dispute up with the company that handled the shipping of your product, or try ordering again)

In your email, please include a picture of the defective product, a brief explanation of the problem, and in the subject line write the word "Refund" followed by your order number (your order number also serves as your proof of purchase).

Nerd Labs reserves the right to grant you a refund, credit, or replacement of your ordered product at our sole discretion. If we do not have satisfactory proof that the product does not fall under the category of "Valid Refund Reasons," and/or that it was not purchased by you, then we reserve the right to not grant you a refund, credit, or replacement.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at (preferably under the same email conversation of the original refund request email).

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
