I found this after looking up radio-frequency (RF) technology for bursting fat cells. I definitely wasn't going to pay thousands for an in-person professional treatment, so I decided to give this thingy a try.

So far, I think it's working. My body weight is about the same this past week or two, but I can definitely tell that my stomach looks less fatty and more shaped/toned.

I put it on the SLIM+RF setting at a level 3 (start at 1 and work your way up) and do one half of my stomach until it auto shuts off, then I restart and do the other half of the stomach. I try to do this every night while I'm watching TV. Applying a lotion/moisturizer after a shower on whichever body parts you're going to use this on helps it glide around and get good contact.

I've only been using the hair zapper a little while but I think it's working. It is a little intimidating to use it at first, but you only feel a heat sensation and not pain, so you can use it anywhere you want. Literally anywhere.
